Corridors FAQ

Strategic corridors, explained

A strategic mineral corridor is a prioritized transport and economic route — combining rail, road, energy and port infrastructure — developed deliberately to move strategic minerals to market and to anchor industrial development along the route.

Corridor-Zero builds the trusted digital layer of the Lobito Corridor: Open RAN and private 5G connectivity, secure communications, edge computing and data platforms that let rail, mines, logistics operators and the port of Lobito operate as one coordinated, observable system.

Corridors cross national borders — minerals, rail assets and customs data move across jurisdictions. Secure, interoperable cross-border connectivity lets customs, logistics and operators coordinate in real time while each state retains sovereignty over its own data.

It is the network, compute and data layer of a trade corridor: the private 5G and fiber links, edge data centers and shared platforms that carry cargo tracking, customs digitization, rail operations and industrial production data along the route.
